Another new post today because i feel very bad about it.

Lately…. i sense like some conflict is arise in my workplace. Conflict between staff and the boss. Yeah.. exactly.

Ohh i dont mind if my boss read this entry. Why ? I will take a risk… and  to be honest.. i started lost my passion to work with him few months ago after he gave this statement when we ask about our monthly pay.

“why you are so excited about money?”

Personaly, i respect him because of his vision. I can see his vision,.. but sorry.. your statement above is hard to accept. I wont give you the answer here. You will know why if you start think rigorous. What i can say is, you can use other soft statement rather than this.

And it happen again last few days. If you think we dont deserve to get increment.

ok ok may be me i get it wrong. i will assume what you try to said is actually we deserve better than this. Ok closed issues. Tomorrow i will see you, if you think i not deserve for this increment,.. you can take it back. No offense, no hurt feelings since i never think and bother about increment before.

I am a professional person even some of this entry show differents. I try to keep it my self, but sorry i cant hold it anymore. I am very sorry again.

It is been a long time i dont use this subdomain, but starting from today 1st july of 2008, this subdomain will be my primary and active online bed for blog, testbed and etc. The reason is.. i just notice that i waste my money to buy a domain and i’m  not using it for a long long time until it almost expire. Shall i waste my money ? NO!

Starting today, (no more gimmicks, false promise and etc) i promise to my self. i will regularly update this blog. So,.. what a big improvement on this blog ?

1. I will use english as a primary language even though my english is damn bad.

2. Regular update, atleast 1 post a week. I need to force my self to do this after 2 years i lost my passion in blogging.

3. Try making some profit from this blog. I do a freelance services. Let’s see is it worth to do marketing through personal blog.

4. Sharing some Opensource technology where this is my favourite issues.

The rest can be consider as a standard.
